the shadow self is just the evil that YOUR LIGHT casts when it meets evil
greet evil with evil
you can not be kind to evil or show it love
evil will just laugh in your face
cast no shadow in your light
remove yourself from the demons and you will have no "shadow self"
it is not you it is the demon your light shows unto you
